Responsibilities:


An expanding manufacturing company requires a highly efficient, organised and professional Office Administrator to assist the Office Manager with the day to day running of the Office


Duties include:
General office Administration

    Reception Duties, answering telephone, dealing with all incoming & out going post
    filing, faxing, arranging couriers
    Setting up of Boardroom for visitors meetings
    Assisting the Office Manager with Sales/Purchasing aspects
    Maintain an effective medium of communication and close collaboration among the workers in the organization.
    Assist in any other ad hoc duties as required by the Office Manager



Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
• Qualification linked to position on offer
• Excellent telephone manner
• Highly organised and efficient
• Excellent PC skills with good knowledge of excel & word
• Flexibility in approach to work
• Ability to work on own initiative

Hours of work: 9.00 - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday
8.00 - 3.15pm Friday

Salary: 19,000 euro per annum
