NPD Executive- €50K+

My client is a leading Irish business and currently have a job available for an NPD Executive who will bascially be responsible for delivering on strategy and wholly responsible for all new product development and packaging.

The Position:

  1. Developing and designing products and packaging
  2. Creating a unique and diverse product range that is fresh to the market
  3. Working cross functionally across a wide, talented and experienced team to deliver on growth, strategy and a new, fresh range to the marketplace
The Profile:
  1. 3rd Level qualification in food science/business/marketing or related discipline required
  2. 4+ years experience in a similar role in either FMCG/ grocery retail
  3. Experience in product and packaging design
  4. Excellent organisational, influencing, relationship building and analytical skills
The Package:
  1. €40-50K
  2. % bonus
