Job Purpose

As a lead Planner you will coordinate the planning and reporting function of one key site project whilst developing an integrated schedule.

Responsibilities:

· Schedule development, maintenance and analysis

· Progress review and evaluation

· Generate regular reports as required by senior management, project sponsors, corporate capital bodies and all relevant stakeholders

· Project Related Resource Planning

· Assist in the identification of schedule slippages, poor productivity and or resource constraints for all project elements.

· Integration and development of sub projects

· Contribute to the innovation and continuous improvement

· Ensure department and personnel goals and objectives are completed and reviewed in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

· The successful candidate will have 3-5 years experience in a Project Planning role preferably in a regulated Pharmaceutical or IT Industry

· Primavera Project Planning Software knowledge (P3 and P6)

· Excellent Microsoft Office Skill
