My client is a global leader in their industry and they are currently looking to recruit a Quality Administrator / PA on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Senior Quality Admin / PA experience who is available immediately to commence a position. The role is primarily providing PA support to the head of a QA Department and administrative support to the entire department.

Main Responsibilities
  • Organise Meetings for the head of QA
  • Diary Management
  • Control of office supplies within the department
  • Updating organisational charts
  • Assist with audit preparations
  • Maintain and update all training forms for the department
  • Extensive document control and database management
  • Liaise with various vendors for purchasing purposes.
    Responsibility for the documentation flow within the department.
  • Invoicing


Skills required
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role PA/Admin position
  • Experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferably within Quality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support a busy team.
  • Ability to multi-task, and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience of working with document software systems.
  • Good time management skills.
