The Client
My client is one of the leading digital creative agencies in Dublin at the moment being responsible for some of the most innovative online campaigns. Their client list represents a relative 'who's who' of leading companies in Ireland and indeed across Europe. Their services stretch the full remit of an online strategy with everything from search to social media solutions.
The Candidate
The need has arisen for an experienced account director with advertising/commercial experience. The person must have great business acumen, experience dealing with large accounts and a strong commercial sense. The candidate needs to be passionate about digital, have the appetite to shape the digital strategy/commercial strategies for some flagship client.
Role and Responsibilities
· The person must have five years plus experience in a similar type role.
· Maintain and develop highest standards of client relations & client engagement.
· Lead and manage clients advertising initiatives and campaigns.
· Be fully capable of working with the creative teams with full appreciation of client needs and creative teams capabilities.
· The ability to grow clients revenue, lead clients digital brand and ultimately increase the profile of the company
· The candidate needs an insight into two of the following sectors: FMCG, Telco, Finance, Online Retail
· A proven track record of working with clients in growing their accounts and delivering successful campaigns.
· Experience at managing and integrating cross media strategies.
The ability to motivate and drive the organisation to the attainment of ambitious growth, revenue and services expansion targets
