We are currently recruiting an experienced Pastry Chef for a busy 4* Hotel in Co Meath. Successful candidate will have 3-4 years 4* Hotel, Pastry Chef experience. Ideal applicant will have managed in a similar business environment and ideally in a busy Leisure and banqueting Hotel with excellent reputation for its Wedding and Restaurant business. This is a high profile property, enjoys a great location and is highly regarded for its service and food. The pastry Chef is responsible for running the daily Pastry Kitchen Operation, for ensuring proper service procedures and policies are in place, all teammembers operate to exacting standards and guests benefit from superior attention and service delivery.

You are responsible for all Desserts, Breads, Pastries for production and service in Restaurant, Busy Banqueting department, Hotel bar and Residents Lounge.
