Based: Clonakilty, Cork, Ireland (some foreign travel may be required)
Reporting to: Senior Programme Manager, EMEA, India & Canada

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 39 Hours per week
Job Description
To support PGi’s continued growth and development, we are looking for a degree qualified, well-rounded Marketing Executive with a track record in consistent delivery. The successful candidate will have over 2 years marketing experience and be comfortable working in a high-paced environment. This exciting and challenging position will involve building data driven marketing programs to drive solutions to market through new and existing marketing channels.
He or she will report to the Senior Programme Manager EMEA, India and Canada and will be responsible for supporting all Marketing Programmes as well as managing marketing for the UK, one of PGi’s key markets.
The successful candidate should be a flexible, self-motivated individual who thrives in a growth culture and is also able to work autonomously, juggling the demands that this environment creates. As well as having experience of database, campaign and strategic marketing, he or she should have proven experience in project management, results delivery and communication. It would also be an advantage, though not essential, if the candidate has had some sales or direct customer-facing experience. Hands-on experience of working closely with a direct sales team on campaigns would be beneficial for this role.
Key responsibilities
· Responsibility for pan-EMEA campaign development, management and analysis, producing regular campaign closure reports, detailing results and analysis.
· Through the effective use of PGi’s CRM system assist with the development of customer segmentation and profiling in order to support marketing campaigns focused on new business generation and customer retention
· Work very closely with the sales teams in the UK responsible for marketing activities in this key region, including – marketing planning, campaign management (both Online and Offline), tradeshows, production of collateral and client facing materials
· Work with Marketing and Sales Operations teams to support sales and marketing activities especially in terms of data requirements and profiling of target markets
· Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, particularly looking at response rates, analytics and ROI to assess success and directly influence future campaigns
· Control process and maintenance of the EMEA Marketing budget on behalf of the EMEA Marketing team
· · Competitor analysis and market research as and when required
Essential skills
· Degree Qualified Marketing professional
· Minimum of two years Marketing experience
· Native English speaker
· Advanced IT skills - knowledge and experience of data management, CRM tools - specifically Salesforce.com,
· Advanced Excel & Access skills
· Copywriting skills
· Experience of working closely with a direct sales function in implementing and reporting on marketing strategy
· Ability to work on own initiative and manage a busy workload
· Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels
· Strong attention to detail
Desirable skills/qualifications
· Knowledge of Salesforce.com
· Knowledge of creative design skills (Photoshop, Quark, HTML)
· CIM Diploma
· Customer-facing experience
· Experience of managing relationships with outside agencies and suppliers
