At Pharma-BioServ we are hiring a HR Recruiter to join our expanding team in Cork. The role is full time and is based in our office in Little Island, Co. Cork.

Role

  • Executive selection of Engineering and Scientific resources for technical projects in pharma, biopharma and medical devices projects.
  • Pro actively recruiting new and experienced resources for our teams.
  • Screening candidates for suitability to roles.
  • Arranging interviews, medicals and reference checks as required.
  • Meeting with and keeping in contact with our resources based on client sites.
  • Liaise with our clients and ensuring we are meeting our client deadlines and resourcing our projects with the right expertise.
  • Keeping updated on new technologies and developments in the life sciences industries.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly Recruitment reports to Snr Management team.
  • Working with the Operations Manager to ensure we are meeting the requirements for new resources for new and existing project teams.
  • Coordinate and work with our HR and Recruitment departments in Europe, US and Puerto Rico.
Skills/Experience

  • Ideally a technical qualification in Science or Engineering discipline.
  • A HR qualification would be an advantage but not essential.
  • At least 4 years experience in technical recruitment in a recruitment consultancy, engineering consultancy or in house in a pharma, biopharma or medical devices company.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Written and spoken spanish would be ideal but not essential.
