We are currently recruiting an experienced Customer Services Team Leader for our Clare based client on a permanent basis. The successful candidate MUST be fluent in a European language, ideally German.
Candidates will have excellent organizational and communication skills and a genuine love of working with the public. Possess a pleasant personality, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, flexible availability, and the desire to service a high volume of customers quickly and efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop the Customer Service Team to perform at the highest standard, meeting both our customer and client expectations for quality and service level goals.
Focus on initiatives to drive continuous process review and improvement across the Team to ensure continued efficiencies and enhancements to customer service processes and team productivity with the aim of reducing CTO.
Support Customer Service projects and initiatives with the aim of driving both client and customer satisfaction.
Manage the CS rep's duties on a daily basis including KPI's.
Analyse call centre trends & report to senior management.
Qualification Requirements:
2-3 years Customer Service/Call centre experience desired. 1+ years experience at team leader/supervisor level is Essential. Multi-lingual native English & another Europen language both written and spoken. Fluency in German is a significant advantage. In-depth internet knowledge. Ability to work under time constraints. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform well as part of the senior team.
