The Role is:


Flexible Recruitment Consultant: Limerick City and Mid-West
    Running a temporary recruitment desk: finding and filling vacancies in administrative and accounts roles of our client organisations. The growth of a team of outstanding accounts and admin candidates who BDO are proud of and they in turn are proud to be working for BDO.
Your Day:
    Very busy to keep everything moving along with lots of people contact. Well planned and organised around current jobs (interviewing candidates, meeting clients and arranging details), building the profile of the firm and its offering (marketing) and dealing with the issues that arise in a mature and professional manner.
Your challenges:
    Building a database/workforce of high quality administrators and junior to mid-level accounts people workforce.
    Driving the offering of this flexible workforce out into the client base: selling the temping proposition.
    Marketing efforts build awareness and grow incoming demand.
    Build internal relationships and rapport, getting trust and buy-in from rest of team.
    Providing solutions.
    Sorting out all the issues, this is a position of trust.


We are looking for:
    A well presented, driven, ambitious winning personality that has great attention to detail and works within a structured environment.
Expectations from this business:
    €100k on the bottom line, €300k gross margin.

Experience:
    Ideally less than 2 years with some exposure to a professional working environment (IT, online/ecommerce), working to targets and deadlines. Graduates with some office experience considered. Recruitment sector experience NOT required.
Qualifications:
    Degree ideally Business (Marketing) and/or Law
    Some industry training useful.
Skills:
    Listening.
    Personally organised.
    Commercial understanding.
    Selling and customer service excellence.
    Good basic keyboard and computer skills.
    Fast learning and adaptability.


Attitudes:
