Main responsibilities will include:
• Administering and coordinating with payroll for all employees within the organisation, administering pension scheme and company health care plan
• Responsible for both internal and external recruitment and administration within the organisation, managing the preferred supplier list and liaising with all the agencies
• Preparation and follow up of HR related documentation
• Organising the induction process for new employees
• Management of HR systems ensuring records are maintained up to date, accurate, and in compliance with relevant legislation
• Preparation and maintenance of contracts for new and existing employees
• Organising all relevant training for new employees and ensuring that the HR manager is up to date with the latest training methods
• Assisting with all employee relations issues as they arise
• Assist in the communication of new HR initiatives
Educational and Professional Qualifications requirements:
• 3+ years of related HR administration experience (Payroll experience essential)
• 3rd Level Degree within HR or related discipline.
• Proven communication and administration experience
• Ability to deliver results with little supervision in an often ambiguous environment with capacity to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates simultaneously
• Effective strategic thinking, problem solving, cross group collaboration and oral/written communication skills
• Proven record at working effectively as part of a team
• Strong coaching and influential skills
• Professional Demeanor with strong attention to detail
