Our Clare based multinational client has an immediate requirement for Shipping & Receiving Administrator to join their team on 6 month contract:
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Receipting and launching customer parts for repair to production
Ø Certification of Customer Parts
Ø Shipping of finished parts to customers
Ø Maintaining customer work orders/sales orders on the ERP system and ensuring only live orders are on the system.
Ø Ad hoc duties within the Shipping & Receiving function as required.
The following skills and attributes would be an advantage:
Ø At least 2 years experience of working experience in a busy Shipping & Receiving department
Ø Experience of using an ERP system essential
Ø Experience in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Ø Forklift Licence is desirable but not essential.
Ø An ambitious, pro-active and confident person eager to learn and take on responsibility
Ø Good attention to detail.
Ø Highly Motivated and capable of working on own initiative
Ø Flexible around meeting requirements of the Shipping & Receiving Team
Ø Previous experience working in regulated environment desirable.
