Working within a new HR business model the HRBP will be expected to drive the strategic change through the organisation in partnership with management team to improve capability and in line with business needs.
This will be done by providing HR Advice, coaching and faciliation, improving employee engagement, assisting with resourcing and succession planning and reviewing and further development of role and HR function.
**The ideal candidate MUST have at least 10 years organisational / business experience with at least 5 years general HR experience working and and influencing Senior Management ideally with the financial / professional services arena.
Must have strong performance management, change management experience and strong influencing skills
Degree and or CIPD qualification and experience of working within a unionised environment desireable
Salary guide 70k+
