My client, a Multinational Financial Services company has a vacancy for Dutch/German and Norweigan Customer Service Representatives with a Technical background. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career in a rapidly growing company. The successful candidate will enjoy helping customers through any technical problems and will have a superior level of Customer Service.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Helping customers through any technical problems
  • Giving customers information on the features and benefits of their new product
  • The ability to assist customers with any issue from start to completion
  • The ability to work well within a team
  • Resolving payment and billing issues
  • Displaying excellent Customer Service skills on a continuous basis


Skills and experience:

  • At least one years solid Customer Services experience
  • A technical aptitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in Dutch/German/Norweigan and English is essential.
