Senior Order Management Rep EMEA

In partnership with one of my key ICT multinational clients, we have a permanent position for a Senior Customer Services & Order Management Representative.

Note: We require high volume order management experience within a multinational ICT environment, ideally with hardware as although this is an order management role,there is a large logistics element as you will co-ordinate shipment of products from CEM in China to hubs in Holland and then onto customers (mix of OEM's, SMB's & Resellers/Distributors).

This role is with a dynamic and growing ICT company and will work in a small team of 4 and will have responsibility for covering EMEA region.

This role works as part of a small team of 4 people who manage customer services, order management and logistics coordination for the entire EMEA region therefore it a fast-paced and very busy environment.

We require Diploma/Degree qualified people with at least 3-5 years order management/customer services or supply chain coordination either working with a multinational or on behalf of a multinational company (as a customer).

We require someone who thrives in a busy environment with impeccable customer service and organisation skills. Must have very strong MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) experience.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree qualified

· The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years supply chain coordination or order management experience in a multinational environment (ideally within a small team).

· Excellent MS Excel and ERP experience (Oracle/SAP)

Salary:

· Salary €30,000 - €38,000 (Depending on relevant experience)
