Main duties and Responsibilities
• To manage the orders through validation and continuous monitoring
• To manage and prioritise orders deliveries giving consideration to the European Customer Service
• To manage any backorders and ensure fulfillment as soon as possible
• To deal with customer complaints efficiently and follow up where required.
• To co-ordinate customer returns when required
• To assist in maintaining the Service Levels as the appropriate level.
• This person will also ensure a good working relationship with customers
• Any other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have:-
• Third level degree qualification in Production Management/Business Studies
• Previous experience in Customer Service within a Multi-national Logistics/Supply Chain Department
• French as a second language would be a distinct advantage
• Must be customer focused and have excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving skills and judgment
• An excellent phone manner
• Excellent PC skills
